It is not a regulatory authority, certification body, nor a provider of legal services within the meaning of Czech Act No. 85/1996 Coll. on the legal profession.

Supervisory authorities

Trade activities are supervised by the relevant Czech trade licensing office (živnostenský úřad). Consumer protection in distance contracts is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz). Personal data protection is supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
